Evan Bornstein

Evan Bornstein is a Consultant at Econ One.Ā  He has worked across multiple practice areas in economic consulting on both the Plaintiff and Defense side.Ā  Mr. Bornstein currently predominantly works on Class and single plaintiff wage and hour cases.Ā  He also has experience in discrimination and antitrust litigations involving large and complex datasets.Ā  Over his career, he has worked on cases involving various industries including medical professionals, sales commissioned employees, transportation workers, and gig workers. He specializes in the following:
