Mobil v. Venezuela

In an ICSID arbitration, Venezuela Holdings, B.V., Mobil Cerro Negro Holding, Ltd., Mobil Venezolana de Petróleos Holdings, Inc., Mobil Cerro Negro Ltd., and Mobil Venezolana de Petróleos, Inc. claimed damages from the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela for their interest in an oil development project known as Cerro Negro. Econ One was retained by counsel for Venezuela to provide expert analysis on quantum. Dr. Anthony Finizza , Dr. Daniel Flores, and Dr. Jeffrey Leitzinger submitted two expert reports regarding the value of the oil project. Dr. Finizza and Dr. Flores also testified at the hearing on the merits in Paris.
