CIMSA v. GCC

In an arbitration conducted under the rules of the Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission, CompaƱƭa de Inversiones Mercantiles, S.A. claimed damages due to actions by GCC LatinoamĆ©rica, S.A. de C.V., related to the parties’ shareholdings in Sociedad Boliviana de Cemento, S.A., a cement company in Bolivia. Econ One was retained by counsel for CIMSA to provide expert analysis in quantifying the damages. Dr. Daniel Flores submitted three expert reports (in Spanish) and testified at the hearing in Atlanta.
