Brad Abbott
Brad Abbott is an experienced consultant, having been engaged in conducting economic and statistical research for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience in analyzing damages in wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He has calculated earnings losses in a wide variety of industries and fields including maritime, law enforcement, education, medical services, construction, real estate, manufacturing, transportation, and the high tech sector. He has analyzed benefit losses from state and local public pensions, as well as union and private pension plans.
Mr. Abbott has been designated as an expert in personal injury and employment litigation over 250 times in both State and Federal cases, and has calculated lost earnings and benefits in hundreds of employment and injury matters. He has provided trial testimony in Federal Court, California Superior Court, and arbitration.
