Kevin Hunt

Kevin Hunt specializes in market analysis and the assessment of economic injury, particularly in matters involving allegations of anticompetitive behavior and the misuse of intellectual property. He has consulted on matters involving actual and attempted monopolization, patent infringement, unfair competition, and contract disputes in connection with a number of industries. He has performed and directed studies of the markets for computer software, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, integrated circuits, medical devices, recorded entertainment, prescription drugs, and engineered plastics.

Mr. Hunt also has extensive experience in the calculation of damages, as well as in financial modeling and analysis. He has calculated lost profits and reasonable royalties in a number of contexts, and has frequently supervised the analysis of large, complex databases produced in litigation.
