Fraud Prevention/Due Diligence
Performed a review of fraud prevention and procedures at a specialty energy company for its new owner. Joseph Wilkinson conducted interviews with key management, financial, engineering, and operations personnel to assess the current process and recommend new procedures to prevent future problems. His findings included identifying some inappropriate payroll payments and possible purchasing schemes plus recommending new procedures to prevent future problems.
