In re: High Tech Employees Antitrust Litigation
Seven technology firms (Adobe, Apple, Google, Intel Corporation, Intuit, Lucasfilm and Pixar) allegedly agreed not to poach one another’s employees. Econ One was retained to assist Prof. Edward Leamer analyze class certification issues and damages.
Dr. Johnson supervised and directed analyses of employment and payroll data for more than 64,000 employees to estimate damages and determine the extended impact of the defendants’ compensation structure on the class.
The Class was certified and the defendants settled with the class for more than $400 million.
