International Disputes
Joseph Wilkinson assisted two international oil and gas companies in a purchase price dispute regarding oil and gas properties in Russia. He dealt with tax documentation and the proper accounting treatment for many disputed balance sheet items. In addition, Mr. Wilkinson also has assisted a Moroccan oil and gas company in an international fraud dispute involving a technology company and claims of cash diversions and fraud by management.
