Jazz Basketball Investors v. The Utah Jazz

Ted Tatos was engaged by the Utah Jazz to respond to Plaintiffs’ expert’s report and evaluate the damages calculation. At issue was the creation of a Transfer Marketplace where season ticket holders could sell or transfer renewal rights to other interested buyers. Mr. Tatos issued an expert report and gave deposition testimony in this matter.
