Mobil Cerro Negro v. PDVSA
In an ICC arbitration, Mobil Cerro Negro claimed damages from the Venezuelan national oil company, PDVSA, related to an extra-heavy crude oil project in Venezuela known as Cerro Negro. Econ One was retained by counsel for PDVSA to provide expert analysis on quantum. Dr. Anthony Finizza , Dr. Jeffrey Leitzinger, and Barry Pulliam submitted expert reports regarding quantum issues. Dr. Finizza and Dr. Leitzinger also testified at the hearing in New York.
