Structural Dynamics, L.L.C. v. Tech Transfer, Inc. and Geoff Anderson
On behalf of a defendant accused of copyright and trade secret violations stemming from alleged misuse of proprietary computer software, Mike Harris provided expert testimony on issues related to the plaintiff’s assessment of compensatory and punitive damages.
