Tidewater v. Venezuela

In an ICSID arbitration (Tidewater Investment SRL and Tidewater Caribe, C.A. v. Venezuela ICSID Case No. ARB/10/5), Tidewater Investment SRL and Tidewater Caribe, C.A. claimed damages from the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela related to Tidewater’s offshore service vessel operations.

Econ One was retained by counsel for Venezuela to provide expert analysis on quantum regarding the value of those operations. An Econ One expert co-authored two expert reports and testified at the hearing in Washington, D.C.
