Utah Industrial Energy Consumers (UIEC) – Rocky Mountain Power (PacifiCorp) Rate Case

Ted Tatos was engaged to review the sampling methodology used by Rocky Mountain Power to provide load estimates for various consumer classes. He prepared a review of the sampling analysis and presented the findings to the Utah Public Utilities Commission and representatives of Rocky Mountain Power.
