California Court of Appeal reverses order denying class action

On Oct. 16, 2015, the California Court of Appeal reversed an order denying class certification of various wage and hour claims in the Alberts v. Aurora Behavioral Health Care case. Their ruling was based in large part on Dr. Kriegler’s analysis and statistical interpretation of employees’ data.
