A California federal judge has certified two nationwide and two California classes of purchasers of JUUL products, relying in part upon the analysis and testimony of Managing Director Hal Singer. Dr. Singerās Choice-Based Conjoint (CBC) survey and associated analysis were cited by the judge in his motion. The judge noted āplaintiffsā damages expert Dr. Hal J.
