Alisha Madaan
Alisha Madaan is a Principal Economist with Econ One Research India Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi, India. Ms. Madaan provides research and quantitative analysis support in antitrust (competition) and regulatory cases. Her antitrust experience includes merger assessments, cartels, market inquiries, excessive pricing, and abuse of dominance cases. Ms. Madaan also carries experience in the field of regulatory finance having worked on cases involving damage assessment in investment disputes using business valuation techniques. Ms. Madaan also provides regulatory compliance support to major U.S. airline and rental car companies for the assessment of their liabilities associated with loyalty programs.
Prior to joining Econ One, Ms. Madaan worked with KPMG’s Economics and Disputes team where she supported the member firm in the UK on a number of competition and regulatory investigations involving use of theoretical and empirical techniques to assist the clients to deal with the competition and regulatory authorities in multiple sectors including healthcare, telecom and energy.
