Brian P. John is an economic analyst at Econ One. He specializes in applying economics to complex data issues and developing economic models. He has assisted experts with research, data analysis, model development, and report preparation in cases involving valuation, contract disputes, anti-trust litigation, and intellectual property infringements. He has a particular interest in optimizing processes by using efficient programming, advanced management tools, and developing efficient processes for complex tasks.
Mr. John has experience across a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and securities.
Prior to his work at Econ One, Mr. John was an economist at Spirit Airlines. He analyzed the pricing and availability of seats in the flight schedule. His analysis was used to manage pricing on the flight schedule of over 600 daily flights on a rolling six-month period to maximize revenue and load factors of the schedule. He also tracked the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the airline, its ability to sell seats, and its daily operations.
