Nidhi Wadhwa works on analyzing competition issues (including dominance and its abuses, horizontal and vertical restraints, and merger assessments) and quantification of economic damages by analyzing large transaction level datasets. Ms. Wadhwa has advised clients on matters involving numerous industries including auto parts, steel, cement, glass, entertainment and media, oil and gas, telecom, transportation, poultry, fertilizer and petrochemicals within various jurisdictions (India, Europe, and US). Ms. Wadhwa has worked extensively in estimating damages arising out of competition infringement in the European payments card industry.
