Niyati Ahuja is a senior economist with Econ One Research. She specializes in economic and statistical modelling for the analysis of liability, impact, and damages in complex litigation matters. She has over ten years of experience managing large multi-dimensional data analysis and report production in several high-profile antitrust class action matters, as well as employment discrimination lawsuits and international trade disputes. Representative matters include the High-Tech Employees Antitrust Litigation, Seaman v. Duke, and the Softwood Lumber dispute. Her work experience spans a wide range of industries including consumer electronics, computer software, oil and gas, healthcare, and academic employment. Dr. Ahuja is a member of the American Economic Association and the American Bar Association.
