Patrick Cuscaden

Patrick Cuscaden is a Senior Analyst in the Schafer Group who specializes in economic analysis of antitrust, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and ERISA matters. Patrick was previously a researcher at Argonne National Laboratory, where he developed statistical models to evaluate programmatic funding and analyzed clean energy materials supply chains. Patrick additionally worked for Compass Lexecon as an Analyst working in a range of litigation cases including airlines, pension consulting, oil & gas, and pharmaceuticals. His experience involved data and litigation analysis for cases such as Foundation Resolution Corp. v. Aon Hewitt Investment Consulting, Inc. et al. and EIG Energy Fund XIV LP et al. v. PetrĆ³leo Brasileiro SA.
