Robert Skylar ‘s consulting career has focused primarily on the analysis of antitrust issues in a very wide variety of industries. Much of his work has been related to the development, analysis, and critique of antitrust-related damage claims. He also has considerable experience with regard to contract, fraud, and patent damage claims.
Over the past several years, Mr. Skylar has taken on a larger role in staff and project management including training and mentoring other staff members as well as helping to develop firm policies and procedures designed to improve the firm’s work product.
