What Econ One Has Been Up To in the International Arbitration Space

This spring, Econ One’s International Arbitration team traveled to Madrid, Spain, and London, UK, to participate in key industry events and working groups focused on the future of dispute resolution.

CIAM-CIAR Working Groups – Madrid (May 30–31)
Marian Portero Collado joined the expert group on “Lost Profits vs. Loss of Opportunity,” collaborating with leading economists on a paper in development. We thank José María Alonso and the CIAM team for supporting these important discussions.

CEIA-40 & XIX CEIA Congress – Madrid (June 1–3)
As a Gold Sponsor, we engaged in vibrant conversations on AI, delay, res judicata, and the future of arbitration. Highlights included the announcement of ICCA 2026 in April 2026 in Madrid .

LIDW25 – London (June 4–6)
